Kenya Power E-Procurement Process

We will assist you through the whole procurement process including:

1. Having your company registered electronically as a supplier

If you wish to participate in online tendering with Kenya Power your company must be electronically registered. We shall assist you to register. Note that you must have a valid/working company domain-email address before you are registered. In case you don’t have one please visit domains for more information. Please fill the registration form and submit it to us for processing. Cost is Ksh 500/=

2. Uploading your tender documents

After you have been registered as a supplier or if you are an existing supplier, prepare your tender document and forward it to us in PDF format by filling the below form; we shall submit it for you at 500/=. Ensure that your scanned documents are legible/clear. Each document should not exceed 100 MBs; please get in touch with us in case you get stuck at this stage.

We shall inform you as soon as your document has been submitted to Kenya Power. We shall also advise you on how you can confirm that it has been submitted by yourself. Upload your documents here.

3. Reviewing your tender document

In case you have prepared your tender document but need assistance to confirm if it meets the procuring entity’s criteria, we will assess it and advise you accordingly.
