REREC – New Supplier Registration

We offer the following services:

1. a) Getting your NEW company registered electronically as a supplier with REREC

If you wish to participate in online tendering with REREC for the first time your company must be registered electronically with REREC. Please fill the form for a new  company and submit it to us. Note that you must have a valid company domain-email address to be registered; in case you don't have one please visit domains for more information. Cost is Ksh 500/=

b) Having your EXISTING company registered electronically as a supplier with REREC

If you are an existing supplier, that is, if you have worked with REREC in the past before the mandatory electronic registration came into force and your details appear in REREC SAP system please fill this form for an existing supplier and submit it to us.

    2. We shall upload your tender application and documents

    After you have been registered as a supplier, it's time to upload your prepared PDF documents. Provide us with the documents; we shall upload it for you.

    3. Reviewing your tender document

    In case you have prepared your tender document but need assistance to confirm if it meets the procuring entity’s criteria, we will assess it and advise you accordingly. This is an important step to maximize your chances of qualifying! Cost is Ksh200/=. See details on how to pay at the bottom of the page. For more information contact us here.

    1. Go to the M-pesa Menu
    2. Select Pay Bill
    3. Enter Business No. 565437 [will indicate MightyJ]
    4. Enter Account No. [this is your company’s first name]
    5. Enter the Amount
    6. Enter your M-Pesa PIN then send
